Before you can begin, we have to make sure you’re prepared. Preparation includes making sure you have the right products and the right mindset, and that we have recorded some basic statistics. Once you’re prepared, we’ll get right to the program.
The first ten days are critical to seeing fast results. This is called the “cleanse” phase. We’ll be drinking a ton of water and starting to purify your system so we can get a fresh start.
Once your system is clear, we can feed it with energy and pack it with nutrients. This phase is where we teach your body what it should crave. Exercising during this time would give you even bigger results. As well, we’ll help you decide what and when to eat.
By completing the 24 Day Challenge not only will you see the difference, you’ll feel it too
. We’ll prove it by comparing the difference between the first and last day’s measurements. Congratulations will be in order, but you’ll probably already feel like a winner.
